General Consultations
Initial consultations run for 60 minutes and include a full health interview including discussion of health history, current systems review, diet, exercise, lifestyle, sleep, digestion, skin/hair health, reproductive system, stress levels and emotional health. Functional Pathology can also be ordered to assist with diagnosis and treatment plan. A program is then tailored to suit you including specific dietary and lifestyle advice and the prescription of herbal and nutritional supplements if necessary. Follow-up appointments may be booked to check progress on a 2-4 weekly basis.

Gastrointestinal / Liver Detoxification

Preconception / Pregnancy Care
3 month preconception programs are available for couples aiming to conceive in the near future, with a focus on healthy sperm production for the male and increasing nutritional status and health of the ovum for the female. Supplementation and nutritional advice is then continued for the mother-to-be right through until birthing and the post-natal period.
